Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
Upon placing an order with us, you agree to comply and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Addest Technovation Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, add or withdraw any term and condition without prior notice.
1. Computer System Requirment
(a) Operating System of the computer needs to be Windows (Mac OS is currently not supported).
(b) The minimum computer display resolution is 960 x 700. Practically all desktops and laptops and most tablet PCs meet this requirement.
(c) Computer needs to be able to connect to internet.
2. Ordering Policy
After an order is placed, an acknowledgement email may be sent. Upon receipt of the acknowledgement email, order(s) and lesson(s) cannot be amended.
Once payment is verified, a confirmation email will be sent and we will proceed to deliver installation CD within 2 working days.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be considered as void.
Please email us at order@addestlesson.com if you do not receive our acknowledgement email in 24 hours. Please do check your junk/spam mail folder as it might land up there by mistake.
3. Yearly Subscription Fee
S$9.80 per lesson for the first year.
You may work on the lesson for one full year starting from the day of the purchase.
Your membership will expire after one year, and it will not be renewed automatically.
S$7.50 per lesson for each subsequent year.
After your membership has expired, you may purchase another 1-year membership at the discounted rate stated above.
4. Tax and Mailing Charges
Subscription fee is subjected to prevailing GST for purchases made in Singapore.
Installation CD will be mailed to the designated address by registered mail.
The mailing charge is S$3.00 in Singapore. For other countries, it varies from S$3.24 To S$4.70.
The mailing charges will be waived for an order of 8 or more lessons.
5. Terms of Use
You may work on each lesson many times. However, as a deterrent measure, we sincerely request each learner to confirm oneself as a legal user from the 6th attempt onwards. Confirmation request will be prompted online automatically and be approved within 2 working days.
6. Refund Policy
All subscriptions sold are non-refundable.
Please ensure that the title of each lesson is correct before making a purchase.
