Order
To place an order:
Step 1: Add the lesson(s) you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
Step 2: When you are done, kindly proceed to view shopping cart. You will be able to review the lesson(s) in your shopping cart after this step.
Step 3: Then place your order.
Step 4: When placing order, you will need to (i) do a registration if you are a new Addest Lesson user or (ii) log in if you are an Addest Lesson user but have not logged in.
Step 5: Please ensure that the basic shipment details are correct and choose the preferred payment method.
Step 6: Last step, submit the order!
An automated invoice email will be sent to your specified email address shortly. Please contact order@addestlesson.com if you have not received the invoice in 24 hours. Please do check your junk/spam mail folder as it might land up there by mistake.
Please note that by adding lesson(s) into your cart, it does not signify that you have successfully purchased the lesson(s). Lesson(s) is/are only purchased upon submission of payment.
Payment
All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well.
Singapore: We accept payments via (1) Credit Cards, (2) Internet Banking and (3) ATM Transfer.
For payments made via ATM Transfer, please include a clear snapshot of your transaction receipt for verification purposes. Do retain your receipt until we have verified your payment.
International: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Upon verification of payment, order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Tax
For delivery in Singapore, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations.
International orders are exempted from GST in Singapore.
However, please note that Addest Technovation Pte Ltd will not bear any taxes if your country decides to tax you on your purchases made with us.
Delivery and Shipping Charges
All Singapore and international deliveries are being facilitated by Singapore Post.
Registered postage will be used to prevent lost of parcel.
Singapore Registered Delivery: SGD$3.00 for every delivery (1 to 5 working days)
International Registered Delivery: Shipping charges are auto-generated by the system according to the location of the country. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days, however items can experience custom delays.
For order of 8 or more lessons, free registered postage will be provided.
